Description:

A theoretical subject dealing with novel circuit principles which are in the focus of interest at conferences and publications worldwide and further developed. The content of the subject was selected with regard to the interests of international electronic community. A novel circuit principle is a novel circuit solution to a certain technological problem sought to achieve better system parameters.

Aims:

The students will study linear transformation of gate variables in multigates (nonlinear), operational transformation blocks, permutation multigates, mutators, multi-gate controlled sources, the translinear principle, translinear circuits and their exploitation, transmittance amplifiers, transmittance, its principle and exploitation, current mode circuits, difference between voltage mode and current mode, associated transformation, current operational amplifier (COA), current feedback amplifier (CFA), conveyors, swicthed capacitors, their principles and exploitation, switched currents, PTAT sources, band-gap reference sources in voltage mode and current mode, nonlinear dynamic systems, chaotic phenomena, Chua oscillator, neural networks.
