What we offer

The Department of Microelectronics is involved in several research areas - design of integrated circuits (chips), their packaging and relevant technologies, sensor nanotechnology. An integral part of our study area is the programming of chips (microcontrollers) for data control, communication and processing applications. We are also involved in wireless technologies e.g. Bluetooth, ZigBee, and optoelectronics, mainly data transmission and transmission lines.

We offer:

  • design, development and delivery of custom samples of integrated circuits
  • packaging of chips
  • design and manufacturing of hybrid integrated circuits and complete technology
  • design and development of sensors (mainly nanotechnology pressure sensors, biosensors and chemosensors)
  • design, development and delivery of operating samples of various embedded systems including programming of data control, communication and processing for wireless applications and mobile devices
  • design and development of data transfer along optical lines
  • training courses for academy and industrial sector
